RULES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Game/Match agreements
You will play 1game per week on a Tuesday night between 8 - 10 pm.
2. Match procedure
You will be sent your fixture for the current/next week by xbox live message along with your opponents gamertag and it is then both players responsibility to contact each other to arrange a day when the match will be played which must be within 7 days.
Once online simply invite your fixtured opponent to a friendly game of 5mins per half with injuries and bookings on. The only result I am interested in from this match is the one within 90 mins, so if it’s tied after 90mins then it’s recorded as a draw.
However I would not recommend quitting on your opponent after 90mins because although the match result has already been obtained, if you do quit then ea sports will add it to your did not finish record. So presuming it was a draw you may carry on to play extra time and penalties, however it is only the 90min scoreline that will count for the league result.
Once the 90 mins are complete you then need to contact me through the contact us section on the website or by Xbox live message with the result so that I can submit it to the website and update the results column. But remember I need both players to send me the score (just so I can verify the result properly).
3. Three strike rule
Now for the nasty bit, it sounds worse than it is. Basically there is a strike system in operation in this league and three strikes is the maximum that you can receive before you are removed from the league.
Here is a list of things that will earn you a strike:
· Abusive/foul language or behaviour towards another player (instant removal)
· Not playing your games or declining fixtured game invites, or failing to play your league match within 7days
· Deliberately submitting false league match results
· Quitting early
Once a strike is given to you, it will stay with you for the duration of the league. Then at the end of that season all strikes will be wiped clear and all players will have a clean slate.
4. Quitters
I’m sure I don’t speak for myself when I say that people who quit games early are the most annoying people that use the game, they are my pet hate!
Quitters are not welcome in this league, this is a fair play league and everyone plays to win so if you can’t handle that then this is the wrong league for you. A lot of time and effort is put into maintaining this league, so please only join if you are able and willing to complete your fixtures. Together we can all make this a very competitive and enjoyable league.
5. Game crash procedure
If you are in the middle of a match that crashes then you need to send another invite to play each other.
On reflection a lot of the above statements may sound harsh but they are all intended to make our league run smoothly and put off timewasters, once we are rid of the timewasters then we are going to have a very competitive and enjoyable league in which we play friendly yet competitive reliable players.
